I know first-hand the challenges behind a successful photoshoot. All of the examples in my portfolio are the direct result of advance planning and collaboration with marketing and the photographer. I have directed both still and live-action scenarios; managed single and multiple day shoots; and worked with a range of talent from kids and young adults, to actors, models and US Navy SEALs.
SOCOM: U.S.Navy SEALs
Between 2001 and 2007, I led our efforts for the four multiple-day photo shoots, three of them on Naval bases across the US with access to military’s resources.

Rise To Honor
PlayStation would only get Jet Li in LA for half a day. We made it work by using two of Jet Li’s stunt doubles and five actor/thugs. The day before Jet arrived, we ran through all of the scenes with the stunt doubles and thugs. When Jet Li arrived we knew what we wanted and we were able to get it quickly
Scope: 1 and a half day photoshoot
Role: Creative Director and Project Manager
SingStar
Each photo shoot was one day with two to four actors. We needed the extra actors because we did not know how the person will move on the day of the shoot. It had to feel natural. Any photos on the cutting room floor would get reused in other Singstar games.
Scope: 1 day photoshoot

PlayStation Move
I wanted to show how the gamer should feel when they are playing with the controllers. I developed the wireframes to convey the Gaming experience. We had to hustle to get all assets for the the E3 announce. Photos were used on packaging, retail, events and advertising.
